A solar is a titled plot of land registered in the Dominican land registry. On the hillside of Vista Serena, in Miches, three solares look out to the sea. Each one is split into two parcels with their own access, so you can choose the size that fits your project: a home, a retreat, or a small tourism venture. Three solares, six parcels

A solar is a group of parcels sold separately or together: Solar 1, Solar 2 and Solar 3 are part of Lot B. You can take one parcel, a whole solar, or all three together. Each parcel has its own entrance from the project's internal roads, depending on where it sits on the hillside; the data sheet tells you which.

In Solar 1, a green area is not for sale: it is not a parcel, and the data sheet shows it so you see the plan as it is.

Solar 3 borders Talipot Boutique Lodge, the eco-lodge being built on the neighbouring land. If you want to live next to a project that cares for the landscape, this is the solar.

What you see from here

From the hillside, the view opens over the sea and the Miches coastline, with the mountains behind. It is a quiet area, where the landscape is still that of a fishing and farming village. The local beaches are a few minutes away by car.
